1. Who we are
NM Kids Math is a math app for children, published by NM Labs. This policy explains, in plain language, what information the app uses and what we do with it.
2. What the app stores — and where
The child’s progress (which activities were done and which concepts were mastered), the weekly history used in the report, the language and the sound preference are stored only on the device. We do not receive or copy this data to any server.
The app has no account, login, name, email or photo. We ask for no personal information for a child to play.
3. Ads and tracking
The app shows no ads and does not use the device’s advertising ID. We also don’t use behaviour-analytics or cross-app tracking tools.
4. Purchases
Some content is paid, through an annual subscription or a one-time unlock. Payment is made and processed entirely by the store (Google Play or the App Store): we never see or store card or bank details.
To know whether paid content should be unlocked, we use the RevenueCat service. It receives an anonymous identifier generated by the app and purchase information (which product, when, and whether the subscription is active), plus basic technical device data. We send no name, email or child data. See RevenueCat’s policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Every purchase sits behind a parental gate, so a child can’t buy by accident.
5. Notifications
The app may schedule, on the device itself, a weekly reminder for the parents’ report. The reminder is local: no server is involved. You can turn it off at any time in the system settings.
6. Voice
To read text aloud, the app uses the device’s own speech engine. We do not send that text to any server of ours.
7. Children
The app is made for children, used under a parent’s supervision. So: we don’t collect personal information from children; there is no account, chat, comments or link to external sites in the child’s area; and everything involving money, the report and settings sits behind the parental gate.
8. How to delete data
Because the app’s data stays on the device, you control it: the parent settings have a “Reset the progress” option, and uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes everything.
To ask for deletion of the anonymous purchase identifier held by RevenueCat, or for any question about your data, write to contato@nmlabs.com.br.
9. Changes to this policy
If the app changes in a way that affects what is written here, this page will be updated, with the new date at the top.
